How does this work... in all the forums i have ever moderated, I have never heard of this....

By affiliating with 000webhost they give you a lot of banners and each banner has your IP, so if someone clicks it and register they give me the 5$. I don't know how they get money from it, but that's their problem, I'm just testing if it works.

Probably because they don't use 000webhost. It is only required to upload a phpBB forum so if you moderated forumotion forums there's no reason to use it. Have an account already? I need someone to test it so I see if this actually works or if it is BS.
