To keep you guys updated and don't think I have stopped the game I will be posting all my progress here.

Here is what I've got so far:

-Free run to make the game intense and fast paced.
-Run, walk, jump, crouch and prone animations.
-Leaning/Peaking.
-Able to shoot and reload while running (also for make it intense and fast paced).
-Wall avoidance (when you're close to a wall the gun doesn't touch the wall and stops running).
-Zombies and Robot A.I fully working
-Some good shaders to improve graphics (not added yet though).
-Basic HUD + Traslucent mini-map.
-Knife attack system when pressing F (like in COD).
-Different footstep sounds for each surface type.
-Each weapon has own stats such as fire rate, accuracy, ammo, etc.
-Real-time shadows and soldier/character shadows.

Guns:

AK47
Shotgun
Skorpion VZ
UMP-45
AK14 (Premium version of AK47)
G36C
MP5SD
ACR Bushmaster (I modeled this one myself, no textures yet though).
M40A1A3
Dragunov SVD
Barret
Intervention CheyTac 2000
Blade Knife (Premium)
SCAR-H
...Obiously there will be more, but these are the ones added as of now.

Upcoming features:

-Parkour.
-SMG weapon class.
-Run speed changes determined by weapon size.
-Basic menu system with options, credits, inventory, and multiplayer functionality (create room, join room, join random room, map selection, team selection, etc).
-Gun customization.
-Avoid animation.
-HUD Graphics.
-Primary (sniper), secondary (rifle) and third (pistol) weapon.
-Damage is determined by the part of the body that was hit. *headshot: 1 shot - legs: 50% damage - hearth: 1 shot - anything else: no changes*
-Lightmapping & Occlusion Culling (improves perfomance).
-Purchase system.
-Destruction system (still don't know if photon is going to handle it, whatever).
-Next Gen Graphics - Sort of
-Night Vision & Thermal Vision (shaders done, just need to finish coding it).
-Smart crosshair
-New GUI Skin.
...and more on the way.

v0.1 features:

-Basic menu with options, inventory and play vs bots.
-Real HUD graphics instead of simple fonts.
-New terrain shaders to improve the graphics 50%.
-Primary (sniper), secondary (rifle) and third (pistol) weapon.
-Night Vision & Thermal Vision.
-Headshot.
-Battle Arena map.
-Lightmapping & Occlusion Culling.
-Smart crosshair.
-New GUI Skin.

*Other features will be added in future versions
*Closed pre-alpha will be launched when the game is on v0.5
*v0.1 would be like update 1, v0.2 update 2 and so on

Multiplayer is on it's way, I will be able to use the scripts I used in the last demo but they will need to be heavily modified.
I'm also making a map, not finished yet.

No screenshots because map is not yet done, but the next week there will be some screenshots.  Happy

Forgot to add that the game also has day/night system, I don't know if photon cloud (networking solution I'm using) will handle it though.

Not sure as someone said that photon cloud doesn't support physics (no destruction, interaction and that shiz). I would have to ask that on their forum :)

News:
-Added different footstep sounds for each surface type, it was already in the game but it has been optimized now. Also added stone footstep sound.
-Added weapon stats, now each weapon has it's own fire rate, accuracy, ammo, etc.

News:
The weapon customization will not be with regular attachments, it will just change weapon specs, this is to reduce file size, bugs, and originalism.
Added semi auto weapons, these weapons will only shoot in toggle mode, if you hold mouse1 it will not shoot more than one time. This is mostly for snipers and shotguns.
WIP SMG weapons class.

Also started working on multiplayer on a different unity project, I'm afraid that it will be hard to make Pentagon 100% multiplayer compatible has it is currently programmed to be singleplayer. But I don't think it will take that much, so release will still be at august-september. Maybe also an early release to showcase general features on singleplayer.

BTW, I thought that I shouldn't make Level - K/D stats to prevent people from camping and not playing fair just for leveling up instead of having fun. But instead have an XP system which will be used to unlock weapons, it will be determined by how many matches the player have played or by how long the player has been playing the game (or maybe both).

Brilliant work here SnitZel. Just one thing I would not agree with is that K/D system we don't need that, but level system that is awesome, because it even shows ingame what your level is and I love the ranks :D. Still if you think it is for the better of the game it might be. I can't tell correctly until I test it myself and become an alpha-tester.  Wink

Yeah level system would not be that bad to have, though I have no experience with PHP and how things work with it, I will add it when I get more knowledge with Unity and programming.

Yes, I said that I will release a closed pre alpha for the alpha testers and all the staff.
